New member Les Vaughan has found, like many of us, that taking your son along the canal to teach him a bit of fishing is the spark which re-ignites your own love of fishing after a long lay-off.

Les was delighted to catch the tench shown below on his first outing on the canal.

Caught at Eelmoor Flash, it may not be the biggest in the world, but it was welcome nonetheless.
