All meetings will be held at the Mytchett Community Centre, commencing at 8pm.

Affiliated Clubs are expected to send up to two delegates to every Delegates Meeting and the Annual General Meeting.

All Bailiffs are expected to attend the Bailiffs meetings.

Only the members of the Executive Committee or invited guests are elegible to attend the Executive Committee Meetings.

The Secretary must be notified of any apologies for absence for any of the above meetings.
