Division Two National Angling Championships

on the

Basingstoke Canal

on

Saturday 20^th August 2011

50 Teams from all over the country will visit the Basingstoke Canal in a bid to be crowned Division 2 Champions for 2011 and ultimate promotion into angling’s elite league, Division 1. The 500 anglers will battle it out from Lodge Bridge, North Warnborough through to Heathvale Bridge, Ash. for 5 hours between 11am and 4pm.

National Div2 Championship Pack

STEWARDS REQUIRED

The BCAA are currently recruiting stewards to marshall the event. Volunteers must be over the age of 18 with a reasonable knowledge of match fishing at club level a minimum, and need to be available between 7am and 6pm. Duties will include pegging out, arranging parking, overseeing the match and weighing in and recording the weights. Out of pocket Expenses will be paid at the end of the match to all volunteers.
